Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a modern invoice payment method consisting of the preauthorised payment of your suppliers from your account, based on an authorization to charge your account. From now on, you can use Direct Debit to pay the invoices issued by Sodexo!


What are the conditions you must fulfil in order to be able to pay by Direct Debit?
- To have an account with one of the banks participating in the Direct Debit system
- To conclude a direct charge agreement with your bank.
- To have a sufficient amount in your account on the due day of the invoice.

What are the advantages of using Direct Debit?
- The commission fee related to the payment is lower than the commission fee chargeable on a payment order
- Saving time – you will no longer need to waste time with unnecessary trips to the bank
- An easy way to pay your invoices
- The guarantee that your invoices will be paid in due time
